Service Agreement

This Service Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for pest control services provided by Pest and Spray.

By scheduling or receiving service from Pest and Spray, the customer agrees to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

Pest and Spray provides pest inspection, prevention, and treatment services for residential and commercial properties. Services may include:

  • Exterior pest treatments
  • Interior pest treatments (when necessary)
  • Pest inspections
  • Rodent monitoring and control
  • Preventive maintenance services
  • Seasonal pest control services

Treatment methods will be determined based on pest type, infestation level, and property conditions.

2. Service Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled in advance. Customers agree to:

  • Provide access to the property during scheduled service times
  • Notify Pest and Spray if rescheduling is required
  • Provide safe and clear access to treatment areas

Missed appointments may require rescheduling.

3. Preparation Requirements

Customers may be required to prepare the property before service, including:

  • Removing items from treatment areas
  • Securing pets
  • Clearing access around foundation or treatment zones

Failure to prepare may reduce treatment effectiveness.

4. Safety and Treatment Practices

Pest and Spray uses professional pest management practices designed to minimize risk to:

  • People
  • Pets
  • Property
  • The environment

Customers should follow any post-treatment instructions provided by the technician.

5. Service Limitations

Pest control treatments help manage pest activity but cannot guarantee complete elimination due to factors such as:

  • Structural conditions
  • Neighboring infestations
  • Environmental conditions
  • Sanitation or harborage issues

Preventive pest control programs significantly reduce pest pressure but cannot eliminate all possible pest activity.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon when scheduling service.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit/debit card
  • Online payment
  • Other approved methods

Failure to pay for services may result in suspension of service.

7. Cancellation Policy

Customers should provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments.

8. Property Conditions

Customers agree to maintain property conditions that support effective pest control including:

  • Managing moisture issues
  • Removing pest harborage
  • Maintaining sanitation
  • Repairing structural entry points

Technicians may provide recommendations to improve pest prevention.

9. Liability

Pest and Spray is not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Pre-existing structural conditions
  • Hidden pest infestations within walls or inaccessible areas
  • Customer failure to follow preparation or safety instructions

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
